There is No Miracle Food

There is no one single food that satisfy what we need in our diet. Some people ask me "What should I eat to become healther?" Unfortunately there is no answer for that question. Many advertisements and fad diet bussinesses try to sell their products from their own points of views. And then they tend to claim and to give consumers wrong information. They sound like there is a miracle cure sngle food that help serving the consumer's dream such as losing weight, having stronger bodies, and enhance body's functions. Some of the diet fads are dangerous for human body. Atkin's diet is one of the examples. Too much proteins actually causing stress to the major human organs. In order to breakdown protein, the human have to have a couple extra biochemical steps. So logically more steps to breakdown, the more energy releasing which means using more calories. So that Atkin's claim was using more energy to breakdown protein molecules, so people can lose weight. However in order to breakdown the molecule, the liver get a lot of stress. Then prolong time of stress causing liver disfunctions, like alcoholism. I want to talk about atkin's diet alone someother time.
There is no miracle food. The balanced diet is the most important approach to get the optimum health. And my diet counsing approach is less more often. Do not sacrifce foods especially greasy fatter foods you love, just eat less. But you can still taste the foods, and enjoy them. Try excellent seasonal fruits and vegetables. And try cooking with a pinch of spice of love. You cannot believe how good the food is!
