Is red wine beneficial for you?



Here is the structure of resveratrol which is chemical name. This is one of the reasons that red wine might help you live longer and fight aging process (anti aging). There are main biochemical compaunds in the red wine which are polyphenol and resveratol. Those compounds exist in both white and red wine, but the amount in the red wine is about 10 times higher than the one in white wine. the scientists are still trying to understand the full property of the those compounds in order to get. The pigment of the red wine which is polyphenol is also focused. The pigments has usually have the anti oxidant property, which you can find in the bright color vegetable, such as carotin, carotinoides in carrots, lycopene in tomato.
Oxidation happens when missing one pair to be stable, the lone pair will try to get ather pair and try to match. When anti oxidants are not present, the lone pair will facilitate the oxidation reactions sequences. The human being s are naturally have to expose the oxidation. The antioxidant foods are try to be less of the oxidation property.
we can not stop oxidation completely, but we can control it or try to have less. The consumption of certain foods and how to select them are definitely make difference of the longevity and optimum health. I want everybody to have happy, meaningful lives.

Chimeny Rock. Sometimes I like to drink red wine a little bit chilled.

I think that way the taste of the wine can enhance and the by the time the temprature of the bottle reaches close to the room temprature, the flavor of the wine becomes intense. I do not have much of knowledge about wine but it is very simple that I can say good wine is good. I would like to learn about the wine. The history of wine must be very deep and intertwined cultural aspects. It is very interesting.

japanese flavored rice

This evening I felt like making rice dish along with other dishes. I created "Keiko style mazegohan."
It is a Flavored rice.

Yeild for 3-4 people
ingredients
1.5 cup rice (brown rice, white rice, preferable medium grain rice which you can find at japanese market)
1/2 cup shiitake mushroom (diced)
1Tbs ginger (minced or graded, becasue this is for accent flavor and makes a different layer of taste)
3 cups Broth (soba sauce which soaked with a slice of kelp for an overnight, and diluted with water 1:5 ratio)
2Tbs Mirin
1 Tbs soy saurce
optional
1 oz shrimp
1 ozHam or chicken

Place all ingredients in the rice cooker for 30 min to 1hour
Turn on the rice cooker
you can mix with some other ingredients, like Ginko or sweet potato or chest nuts.

Emotions and Foods

Everybody has own personal attachment with certain food. One food can associate to another memory or memories which might be bitter experiences or happy experiences. My cooking style is unique which touches your souls. The human emotions are so complicated, but interestingly deep. That is where I am interested in which are emotions and foods. I want to explore the journey of human minds and foods, I would like to be a health provider that is able to reach the indivisual needs. There are so many unique invidiuals, there are as many indivisuls to approach to the diet therapy. I want to be a channeling to them and able to connect positively.
