My first article about the Sake Institute of America Sake tasting event was published in The Japanese restaurant News Magazine a couple days ago.

My speach at Shojin cooking class last saturday







Last Saturday, The shojin restaurant in downtown had a holiday shojin cooking class. What is the shojin the name came from one of the Japanese cuisine form which is almost no dairy droducts or animal source ingredient diets. this is the root of the Macrobiotic diet. The shojin is very focused what they use for their dishes. If you want to know detail or PPT presentation what I used at this event. Please email me, I would like to share with you my knowledge. They are wonderful people and I go to eat sometimes, even I am not a vegetainan. My approaches about diets are delicious foods of eating and teaching and writing. You can enjoy great taste of foods without sacrifice. The key is how to chose and how to eat.
